Listing PagesThere are two main snippets to create that will display your listings, a data grid (seen below) and a carousel (seen to the right). You can create snippets based upon specific parameters like city, listing price, property type, etc. and then paste your code into your website. Once you have added condos and subdivisions (see step 7), you can also add a data grid to display listings for specific condos and subdivisions.

5. Adding a Wishlist or Search Box
Snipapps>Snippets>Interface Elements
There are two types of interface elements you can add to your website:
Main Search BoxWish List (seen to the right)
A search box should go next to your data grid and allows users to search property listings based on search criteria they set in the search box. A wish list is generally added near the search box so that users can bookmark properties while browsing through listings.

World RETS allows you to create specific pages that show listings for a particular neighborhood or condominium. First, you need to set up the general condo or neighborhood information. Once that is setup, you can then go to the snippets section to create a listing page specifically for your condo or subdivision.

Property groups allow you to create groups (categories) and apply your listings to these categories. You can then create a data grid that only displays listing in your property group. An example of how this can be used is for brokers to display open house events. First you would create your property group and then apply your listings to that property group. You would create a page on your website for open house events and then add your data grid snippet. This page would display your listings selected for that property group.
